A few years ago I came up with the concept of putting together a concert of music from the worlds of both cinema and theatre, combining both musical styles in a show that would appeal to both young and old. There is no power like the human heart to unite us both spiritually and emotionally. And what better way to express this than through the music of the Stage and Screen?

The Other Side Of Me
For many years I have wanted to record an album that comes straight from the heart. Not autobiographical as such, but an opportunity to express my own personal feelings through a series of wonderfully writted songs, not barred by the confines of styles of trends. What was finally chosen is a true blueprint of who I am and what my heart has to say. 'The Other Side Of Me' is an emotional rollercoaster, but one I hope you will enjoy.

Portrait
The selection of songs for this album were relatively easy to find. Each one pin-pointing a time of even that had an emotional impact, or life altering experience. Each one of these songs on this album has had an effect on me and as I look back at the journey already travelled in my life I realise how every experience positive and negative has given me the colours to paint a very "close up and personal" portrait of songs.
